Today's event was the first Pro golf match that I've ever been too. It was very fun and exciting to watch the best of the best. When we got to the event, the first group we saw tee off was Ms. Wie and yourself. It was very exciting to watch you both play very good rounds of golf. I even got the chance to say nice shot to you and it made my day. Thanks for having a great round today and I hope you enjoyed Oregon's delicious blackberries.

I was checking out the live scores on my computer and I clicked on your name and read through your daily blogs. I would not ordinarily do this but I was interested in knowing a little more about you and sometimes the fates prevail. I was shocked when I saw that you wrote about me! I am the man who was recommended to watch you. You, by no means, need to apologize for your actions. I have played with people who have thrown their whole set of clubs into a pond, wrapped their drivers around trees, snapped their putters in half, etc. after a bad shot. I have been to the Masters and the Players tourney this year and many tourneys over the years where I have seen many acts of frustration. What you did was nothing and very warranted to relieve a little stress. I really enjoyed watching you play and with a little luck with the putter, your round would have been outstanding. You are a great golfer with a great future! You truly have great control of your game and your emotions. I hope to watch you soon in another tourney. Keep working hard and good things will happen. The fact that you are a caring person impresses me too and I am your newest fan.

My back pain got dramatically worse so on the 15th (Tues) I am having surgery. I will only be in the hospital one night and home about 5 days. Bruce is taking me. If all goes well, I will still be going to the beach with the family just one week later.
