I am done;)

Tomorrow I go back to Phoenix from Prattville. This week has been great, even tho an emotional roller coaster. This was my last week of play and I have to admit that it got a little emotional on Friday as I was putting on the last hole.
The decision feels right. Many of the girls, caddies and staffers out here have said their goodbyes and good lucks thru the week and I have been fairly prepared for it but I actually did not think I was going to be emotinal about it the last hole. Luckily I have some aswesome friends here who were ready with kleenex and then some laughter:) Thanks to everyone who have been there for me this week and prior to this week.
So what else has been going on…? Well as usual I met some amazing people in the ProAms and hopefully there will be time to cram in a lunch before with Andi and Roy before I head out to Phoenix tomorrow. Andi played in my ProAm group on Wednesday and her husband Roy was there to support and actually sponsored the group!
On Friday Paige and I went to a local pizza place, had some food and wine and then Karin came over and joined us. Great laughter and great times! Tonight we went over to some friends housing and had a bbq, it was great food, company and amazingly funny stories! Gosh I will miss my friends out here! They are truly my best friends that I have shared lots of time and experiences with.
My plans for the fall and my next few months is to continue to study all the things that I want to learn, doing company days (clinics etc),
My last event.

As the news is out in the open now in cyberspace I thought I would write a quick note about the information that has spread. It is true that I am retiring from tournament play. This will be my last week out on tour and I am really excited about the new adventures to come.
I love the game too much to continue to hate it out here. I have so much fun thru the week leading up to the tournament start and then I wish I did not have to compete. My passion for the game has driven me towards the teaching, coaching and fitness side of golf and that is the path that I will go. For the past year I have spent quite a bit of time studying and I am in the midst of getting dfferent certifications such as LPGA teaching certification as well as TPI certifications.
This is all I will write about it now as I am getting ready to head out for my first roun this week. I will soak it all in and I have spent the last couple of weeks saying good bye to my amazing friends out here on tour. It is bittersweet but actually a fairly easy decision for me.
I will update more thru the week but want to take the oppurtunity to thank everyone for their support thru the years! It has meant a lot!
Lots of love.

I got to Arkansas on Monday and I am staying with a family that I have known for a few years now. Sophie Gustafson is staying with me here this week and she is a great roomie:) She is teaching me all sort of stuff about my Mac computer, I know I should have gone to classes way before but I have not had the interest or time to do it but now I really want to learn how to make the best use of it so I have started playing around with all the coold stuff on there!
I was looking thru my photos on my computer and I found this one. It is sort of cheezy but I really like motivational and inspirational quotes and this is a goo one! Thought I would share:)
Tomorrow is Thursday and I am playing in the ProAm in the morning. Should be fun as usual! Love playing ProAms, I always meet so many new and fun people. This week we have a three day tournament and I am first off on Friday:) Yay for untouched greens!!!!
Now we are just getting ready for dinner so I better go get my tummy ready for some yummi food, they always cook amazing food here:)
See you all soon.
Hot hot hot here!

Wow…I feel sorry for everyone who have been in Arizona the whole summer. I am lucky that I am able to get away from the heat thry my travels! I played golf yesterday in 115 degree and we had to use ice packs, lots of water, milkshake at the turn (yummi!!!)…it was hot hot hot!
We had a great time tho and the course was in good shape. I finished the round with a birdie on the 605 yard par 5…it is always nice to finish off like that:)
Today I have a few meetings, gym on the schedule and dinner with Michaela and Max. Think we are going to Oreganos, haven’t been there for a while and it is always a nice and laid back ambiance there.
Now I am off to head to a new coffee spot that I have found that supposedly have amazing coffee, better bakery and cute atmosphere. I love going to coffee shops to study and people watching.
Have a great day everyone!
