Going back to PHX today!

Once again the golf game was less than good enough. I am hitting the ball so good but I just can’t seem to put it all together to a good round that will get me up the leaderboard. At this time it is a bit frustrating as I really am not making any big mistakes out there, just stupid ongoing bogeys and not enough birdies…no drops, no out of bounds etc. Golf can be such a wonderful game but it can also be so extremely frustrating!… read all »

Today consisted of practice and then some practice;) The Swedish National Team Coach; Patrik, is on-site as well as Jon Karlsen. Jon is an amazing putting-guru who have developed some drills that will not only work on your technical skills but also give you accurate feedback.Golfers are experts in beating themselves up for a missed putt, only finding the faults. What Jon has managed to develop is a set of drills that can be used to measure the differents aspects that goes in to putting such as aim, green reading and pace. It is a very black and white way of practicing, it gives you clarity. Good Stuff!
Montreal here I am!

I have moved on from last week and now I am in Montreal getting ready for the CN Canadian Women’s Open. The course is great and as usual the organization around this tournament is great. I tee off late tomorrow so I get to sleep in a bit which is always nice, on the flipside…Friday will be an early one for sure!
I have heard that downtown Montreal is a beautiful city and I am excited to see more of it this week!
For now I will head out for some practice and get ready for tomorrow:)

This past week has been a busy one with lots of stuff to do! I have been busy studying, golfing, working out and organizing for my next trip, which starts today! Yay! I am really excited to get back to Portland again. I love the Pacific Northwest and I have some really good friends who I am staying with for the event and I have not seen them since last year.
