Hello to you all!
We are now in Atlantic City and what a casino mecca it is here! Before this week I had never been here and I actually did not know that it had so many casinos. Since I don’t gamble I don’t really care I guess but we are having a great time here anyways:)
The course is right on the water and it is beautiful here. The course is quite short but since it can get very windy here it can still be a good challenge.
We got here on Monday night after quite the drive. On Tuesday there was an official pro-am here on site so I did an off site pro-am at a nearby course and had a great time with my team. The course was tough and long but very nice. Then at night one of my pro-am partners, John, and his wife Leslie invited us to join them for dinner and we had a very good dinner at one of the steakhouses here and of course, great company! Then on Wednesday I did the officiall pro-am (yes, we had two days worth of pro-ams this week!) and we also had a wonderful time with them even though we played the start in wet conditions. I played fairly solid and we were laughing most of the day! Thanks to everyone both days I played pro-am, it was lots of fun getting ready for this weeks tournament.
After practice today (this week is a three day event) Gustaf and I were going to get some laundry done. Well, when we got to the laundry place I realized that I did not have my laundry with me…well instead we went to Starbucks and had some coffe in the sun. I guess we are doing the laundry another day:) I have enough clothing, just not my favorites:)
I am off late tomorrow (12.40p) and I am playing with Shanshan Feng and Meg Mallon, it is a good group and we should have lots of fun tomorrow, hopefully with lots of birdies!
I have not been able to update on either facebook or Twitter for a while. I was going to update my iphone and something happened so most of my apps are frozen:( So for those of you who are wondering where I am on Twitter and FB…sorry I will be back:) I just have to fix the phone…I will try to make an update on it tonight and hopefully you can follow me on those sites again tomorrow!
